For properties with multiple central AC systems, the price will be multiplied accordingly. Larger properties or those with more central AC systems will result in higher pricing.

**- Important: Cleaning services involving register grills may require the physical removal of grills. Some grills may be painted over, improperly installed, or siliconed in place. While we take utmost care during removal, we are not responsible for paint chipping, marks, or other damage that may occur as a result. Additionally, we do not reapply silicone after cleaning. By scheduling this service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
